Our Team

Mr. Sanele December holds an LLB from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN), Pietermaritzburg Campus, having completed the undergraduate progamme in 2018 and subsequently graduated in 2019.

 

He was born in a small town, bordering the Eastern Cape and KwaZulu-Natal provinces, called Kokstad. He was among a couple of children that were raised by his grandmother (Mrs LN December) who ensured that he was sent to school to recieve formal education.

"My grandmother often emphasized the importance of education and sport to me as it instills discipline. She often told us how she would have appreciated an opportunity to study as she wanted herself to be a nurse or a teacher growing up". 

 

Mr. December attended primary school at Kokstad Public Primary School, Xolo-Xolo Senior Primary and thereafter went to complete his matric at Carl Malcomess High School in 2011.

 

In 2012, he furthered his education at UKZN, PMB Campus.

Between the years 2014 and 2015, Mr. December was financially excluded from the University after there was no money for him to continue with his studies as the fees accumulated throughout his undergraduate programme. Circumstances warranted that Mr. December seek employment where he could from retail (Jumbo Clothing Stores) to debt recovery (call centre) to pay for his university outstanding fees. After finish paying off his school debt, in 2016 he re-enrolled at UKZN and completed his LLB degree.

He started serving his Practical Vocational Training (PVT) in Pietermaritzburg, KZN then ceded his PVT Contract to a firm in Aliwal North in the Eastern Cape and further ceded his PVT Contract to a firm in East London due to family commitments. He completed his PVT and he was subsequently Admitted as a Legal Practitioner of South Africa in Makhanda, formely known as Grahamstown.

Mr. December practices in Civil and Criminal Litigation, Estate & Trusts Planning, Labour & Employment Law, Matrimonial Law and Business Law. He is currently studying towards his qualification and admission as a Notary as well as a Conveyancer.

During his spare time, he enjoys spending quality time with his family that loves to travel, watching rugby and working towards fully establishing his recruitment and placement agency called Floating Temps.
